Jeremy Brynes

Partner and Chief Executive Officer

Jeremy Brynes serves as Chief Executive Officer of Healthcare Facilities Management Group, where he guides the company’s management strategy, operational approach, and growth initiatives. He brings decades of healthcare leadership experience spanning hospital operations, strategic planning, business development, and organizational performance.

Prior to HFMG, Jeremy served as Assistant Vice President of Health Systems Operations and Administrator of UTMB League City Hospital, where he oversaw day-to-day operations and performance for a rapidly growing community-based academic medical center. He also led service line strategic planning and business development efforts across UTMB hospitals and clinics.

Earlier in his career, Jeremy spent more than 12 years with Memorial Hermann Healthcare System, including seven years as Assistant Administrator and Director of Business Development for Memorial Hermann Greater Heights Hospital. Jeremy earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from SUNY Cortland and a Master of Business Administration from Tulane University’s A.B. Freeman School of Business. His broad background in healthcare operations, growth strategy, and business development shapes HFMG’s practical, results-focused approach to healthcare management.

Elizabeth Harper

Partner & Chief Operating Officer

As Partner and Chief Operating Officer of Healthcare Facilities Management Group, Elizabeth Harper, MHA, serves as the organization’s operational integrator, aligning strategy, people, and systems across HFMG and its client organizations. She provides executive oversight of operations, human resources, information technology, regulatory compliance, privacy, and enterprise-wide initiatives. As Privacy Officer for multiple healthcare facilities, she also oversees HIPAA privacy compliance and organizational privacy programs.

Elizabeth has extensive experience in healthcare facility development, working with physicians, architects, engineers, contractors, and project teams throughout planning, design, construction, and operational readiness. Her involvement from concept through occupancy helps ensure new facilities support efficient workflows, regulatory requirements, technology integration, and day-one operations.

Prior to joining HFMG, Elizabeth served as Director of Patient Experience for a large health system, where she led initiatives focused on service excellence, patient satisfaction, and organizational culture. That experience continues to inform her approach to healthcare management and her belief that exceptional patient experiences begin with exceptional operations.

Elizabeth earned her bachelor’s degree from The University of Texas and a Master of Healthcare Administration from Texas Woman’s University.

Chad Bush

Partner and Chief Finance & Revenue Cycle Integrity Officer

Chad Bush serves as Chief Financial & Revenue Cycle Integrity Officer at Healthcare Facilities Management Group (HFMG), where he provides executive oversight of financial performance and revenue cycle integrity across HFMG and its client organizations. He works closely with leadership teams to strengthen financial controls, revenue cycle operations, analytics, and scalable systems that support accountability, compliance, and sustainable growth. Chad also contributes to strategic planning, helping align financial and operational initiatives with organizational goals.

Chad began his career in 1997 as an accountant in Canada before co-founding a successful software company. That experience shaped an entrepreneurial approach to finance and an early focus on using technology, data, and process improvement to drive business performance. He went on to hold executive leadership positions across multiple industries, with responsibilities spanning finance, operations, analytics, organizational transformation, and growth.

Since entering healthcare in 2011, Chad has held executive leadership roles within hospitals and urgent care organizations. He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Elitecare Emergency Hospital, giving him firsthand operational perspective that complements his work at HFMG and keeps financial and revenue cycle strategies grounded in the day-to-day realities of healthcare operations.

At HFMG, Chad works closely with revenue cycle and financial teams to strengthen financial integrity, identify opportunities for improved performance, and apply analytics, technology, and process improvement to the business of healthcare.

Samantha Armstrong, MHA

Project Specialist

Samantha Armstrong serves as Project Specialist at Healthcare Facilities Management Group (HFMG), supporting operational and strategic initiatives across the organization and its client facilities. Her experience spans human resources administration, compliance management, process improvement, executive support, and cross-functional coordination.

Samantha helps turn priorities into action by coordinating resources, managing administrative and compliance requirements, and keeping complex initiatives organized and on track.

Samantha earned her undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University and a Master of Healthcare Administration from Texas Woman’s University.

Oscar Machado

Senior Accounting Specialist

Oscar Machado serves as Senior Accounting Specialist at Healthcare Facilities Management Group (HFMG), bringing more than 12 years of accounting experience. He provides daily accounting support to HFMG-managed facilities, helping maintain accurate financial records and reliable accounting processes.

Oscar supports key financial functions including accounts payable, vendor management, reconciliations, financial reporting, and monthly close. His work helps provide facility leadership with dependable financial information while supporting strong financial controls and efficient operations.

Throughout his career, Oscar has also worked with small and mid-sized businesses throughout the Greater Houston area, helping business owners understand their financial performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability.

Billy Martin

Director of Facilities & Life Safety

Billy Martin serves as Director of Facilities & Life Safety at Healthcare Facilities Management Group (HFMG), bringing 30 years of experience in healthcare compliance, facilities, life safety, and environment of care.

Prior to joining HFMG, Billy spent 28 years with The University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB), including eight years as an Environment of Care Compliance Manager. His background provides extensive experience with the regulatory requirements, safety standards, and operational needs of healthcare facilities.

Billy is a Certified Infrastructure Preparedness Specialist, Certified Healthcare Safety Professional, Certified Hazard Control Manager, and NFPA Certified Fire Inspector I. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Houston.

Zinia Molina

Director of Finance and Accounting

Zinia Molina serves as Director of Finance & Accounting at Healthcare Facilities Management Group (HFMG), bringing more than 15 years of experience in healthcare financial operations, multi-facility accounting management, and organizational compliance. She oversees financial reporting, budgeting, internal controls, and other financial processes across HFMG and its client organizations.

Zinia also plays a key role in audit readiness, helping ensure financial processes, documentation, and workflows meet regulatory and organizational requirements. Her background in healthcare finance and compliance supports the development of accurate, efficient financial systems and strong internal controls across the organizations HFMG manages.

Throughout her career, Zinia has focused on strengthening financial processes, improving reporting and accountability, and building the financial infrastructure healthcare organizations need to support stable operations and long-term growth.

Joey Rodriguez

Art Director

Joey Rodriguez serves as Art Director at Healthcare Facilities Management Group (HFMG), bringing more than 28 years of experience in graphic design, branding, and visual communications. He develops creative solutions for HFMG and its client organizations across branding, print and digital marketing, advertising, illustration, and other visual communications.

Before expanding his work across a broader range of branding and marketing, Joey spent nearly two decades in the outdoor advertising industry designing large- and small-format billboards. That experience sharpened his ability to distill messages into visuals that capture attention, communicate quickly, and work effectively across different formats and audiences.

Throughout his career, Joey has helped organizations solve creative challenges, strengthen their visual identities, and translate marketing objectives into thoughtful, effective design.

Erica Taylor, MBA

Director of Digital Marketing

Erica Taylor serves as Director of Digital Marketing at Healthcare Facilities Management Group (HFMG), where she leads digital strategy and marketing initiatives for HFMG and its client organizations. Her work spans website strategy, SEO, paid media, content and social media, email marketing, analytics, patient engagement, and digital performance.

Erica brings more than 20 years of marketing experience across healthcare and other industries, with a background in digital strategy, integrated marketing, lead generation, website development and optimization, marketing automation, and audience development. Throughout her career, she has developed marketing programs for organizations with complex audiences, multiple locations, and diverse business objectives, with a focus on connecting marketing strategy to measurable business results.

Erica earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Oklahoma and a Master of Business Administration from Texas Woman’s University. At HFMG, she applies her broad marketing experience to building digital programs that increase visibility, support organizational growth, and connect healthcare organizations with the communities they serve.
